Job Description

  • The Lendsqr Customer Success Team is looking for an exceptional candidate to take on the role of Product Support Officer. It is an exciting role responsible for managing clients’ complaints and inquiries and ensuring they have an excellent experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing help and answers to the customers technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers, and subsequent provision of guidance
  2. Guidance of the users to support them in becoming more productive
  3. Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to use the products
  4. Determining customers’ issues, explaining the best possible solution, and ensuring it is handled in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies
  5. Monitoring of internal systems
  6. Work with Engineering and other Operations teams to diagnose and solve technical user problems
  7. Optimize our support documentation and processes to improve users’ experiences and help scale our operations
  8. Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or other related fields
  • Experience working as a Product Support Officer or a related role

  9. Flexi work time – The ability to work on weekends is a plus
