Job Position: Client/Product Support Staff

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Our Client Support staff will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Explaining Products and features of products to clients
  2. Drawing up Content on Social media platforms aimed at visibility
  3. Treating Customers’ Purchase requests.
  4. Attending to other duties assigned by line manager all in line with product promotion and customer satisfaction.
  5. Join the team during presentations and will have to anchor presentations on some occasions


  1. Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
  2. Must have good IT skills, a background in sciences is an added advantage
  3. Must have good presentation skills
  4. Should be conversant with social media marketing
  5. Must be a creative person
  6. A previous experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
  7. Must be 27 years old or below by end of 2022

N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
