Job Position: Production Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
2. Monitor production to resolve issues
3. Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
4. Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
5. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
6. Ensure output meets quality standards
7. Enforce health and safety precautions
8. Report to upper management

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc in Engineering or a relevant field is a plus
2. Proven experience in production or engineering processes
3. Deep knowledge of production management
4. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
5. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
6. Experience in reporting on key production metrics
7. Proficient in MS Office
8. Outstanding communication ability
9. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
10. Attention to detail
11. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
