Location: Warri, Delta
Job Description
We are Recruiting production workers for the Mixing, Baking and Packaging Departments in the following capacities:
- Assistant Mixer
- Assistant Baker
- Assistant Packager
Job Responsibilities
For the Mixing Department (Assistant Mixer):
- Ensuring that the dough is scaled properly according to the specification provided by the Management
- Ensuring that the dough are divided according to specification
- Ensuring that dough are rubbed according to specification
- Ensuring that the pan are adequately covered
- Ensuring the hyqiene of the equipments and the mixing environment
- Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
- Observing clean as you work policy
For the Baking Department (Assistant Baker):
- Ensuring that the loaves are depanned on time
- Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
- Observing clean as you work policy
- Ensuring hot loaves are carried with utmost caution and in due manner
- Ensuring that the baking session is cleaned and neated organised
For the Packaging Department (Assistant Packager):
- Ensuring that loaves as at when due
- Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
- Observing clean as you work policy
- Ensuring hot loaves are carried with utmost caution and in due manner.
General Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an S.S.C.E / OND / HND qualification with 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N25,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
