Job Position: Real Estate Promotional Venue Executive (Customer Support / Telesales)

Job Location: MM2 Airport, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, engage, and bring in potential buyers/investors into the sales boot.
  2. Ensure that they are comfortable while in the sales boot.
  3. Submit activity reports to the PV supervisor at the end of every shift.
  4. Maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders by providing support, information, and guidance when and if necessary.
  5. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s services.
  6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and recurring deals.
  7. Generating new leads through asking for referrals, networking, outsourcing and promotional venues which leads to potential sales.
  8. Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products.
  9. Strictly follow the given Daily/Monthly Targets of Collecting qualified leads
  10. Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
  11. Ability to Capture all the waking client’s details correctly

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND
  2. 3 years’ prior experience and record of performance in similar roles.
  3. Proven working experience as a promoter in generating Leads (Insurance / Real estate / Boat Shows)
  4. Track record of over-achieving quota
  5. Work on shifts (Morning & Evening)
  6. Work on weekends and Holidays
  7. Work under pressure and during events and Road shows
  8. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  9. Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. Able to Connect with HNIs in Nigeria
  12. Female Only Preferably.
  13. Age 20-30 Old
  14. Must live Mainland (Ikeja, Iyana-Ipaja etc…).
