Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
  2. Maintain, Test and Trouble shoot all instrumentation devices.
  3. Report problems or concerns to Head, Internal Control.
  4. Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
  5. Ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
  6. Provide Training and support to QA team
  7. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
  8. Read blue prints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for product and supplies.
  9. Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
  10. Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (Measuring, Dimensions, Testing, Functionality, Comparison of Specifications etc)
  11. Ensure Standard production recipes are not compromised at any time.
  12. Maintain a record of testing, information and various metrics.
  13. Analytical test on products at least once a month.
  14. Inspect Procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standard.
  15. Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirement.
  16. Prepare and Submit reports to the manager of various business units and Internal Control.
  17. Be in control of material usage in the Kitchen and Store.
  18. Monitoring Material Usage for all the unit.
  19. Perform all other duties assigned by Internal Control Head and Management.

Job Requirement

  1. Preferably Male

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
