Job Description
- The company is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist to become part of our growing team.
- The successful candidate is expected to develop and implement quality assurance policies, conduct inspections, identify product issues and present solutions.
- As a QA/QC Specialist, you will ensure that inbound and outbound products meet company and customer expectations by making sure the correct Quality Management Systems (QMS) are being adhered to.
- You will develop and coordinate activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards.
- You will work closely with other departments to help provide better overall customer service. This position calls for you to be thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND
- Minimum 2 years of related Quality Assurance/ Control experience
- Thorough knowledge of quality management practices and statistical techniques
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft package.
- Experience in the agricultural service sector is a plus.
- Working knowledge of good delivery and agricultural guidelines for produce.
- Must be able to travel when needed.
