Job Description
We are seeking to employ talented, self-motivated, self-starting creative individuals with a passion for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops & implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products & services
- Promote sales of lands and properties
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets
- Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets
- Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
- Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Marketing or any related field.
- 1-3 years experience.
- Excellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
- Excellent Team Management ability, proven working experience as a real estate marketing executive.
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sales. negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Must be able to write daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a clear and concise manner.
