Job Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  2. Initiate marketing strategies and cold calls to prospects.
  3. Promote the company’s product/property through promotion activities.
  4. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  5. Coordinating various activities that lead to the purchase and sale of properties.
  6. Facilitates arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before conclusion of any sales deal.
  7. Develops and implement strategies effective for meeting sales target.
  8. Address customer’s service issues.
  9. Prepares presentation slides for presentations when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Experience in Property sales.
  • Closeness to location is necessary

N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
