- We are looking for smart and competitive sales executives for a fast-growing real estate company.
Job Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other forms of marketing.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Other Requirements
- First Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
- 1-3 years Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a real estate company.
Salary Range
- N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
