Job Position: Real Estate Senior Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive and generate sales
  2. Generate sales and reach out to prospective clients.
  3. Lease of properties in company’s portfolio.
  4. Meet sales goals and targets.
  5. Build a strong database of prospective and existing clients.
  6. Partner with clients to buy, sell and rent real company properties
  7. Actively seek new clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
  9. Build and maintain existing client relationship
  10. Develop sales strategies and tactics

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc Degree in any related field
  2. Must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience as a real estate sales representative.
  3. Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
  4. Should reside in Abuja
