Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
- We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
- The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and clients.
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Monitor and respond to emails, as well as direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
