- Must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND qualification with 2-4 years work experience
- Must have worked as a receptionist or customer service officer in previous organisation
- Excellent communication and computer skill
- Must be very smart and hardworking
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must reside in Abuja especially within Maitama
