Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Recruitment Officer is responsible for recruiting suitable security operatives into the academy and proper management of the employment/deployment requirements of security operatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Scout for candidates for recruitment into the Training Academy
  • Recruitment test for security cadets
  • Screen credentials
  • Employs only suitable candidates
  • Check malpractices and impersonation in the written exam session
  • Participates actively in the interview and selection process of candidates
  • Ensures all security cadets pass through induction before graduation
  • Responsible for poaching of guards for urgent deployment
  • Organizes recruitment and training of cadets for long distant locations and all information on the recruitment including operatives’ guard’s information are forwarded to the deployment office not later than a week after the exercise.

Job Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in a relevant discipline
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Recruitment Officer in a security firm
  • Or 2 – 5 years’ experience in security operations
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Focused and goal oriented
