Job Position: Recruitment Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Update and manage job posts in Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant job boards and social networks
  2. CV review and candidate profiling
  3. Prepare recruitment/candidate profiles
  4. Schedule interviews and follow up accordingly with feedback
  5. Conduct first level phone interviews for applicants
  6. Coordinate relevant assessments and interviews between candidates and assessors/interviewers.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage the candidate journey in each recruitment process.
  8. Assist in sourcing qualified candidates from various channels including social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc
  9. Maintain open lines of communication with prospective hires
  10. Support with Onboarding activities including orientation
  11. Manage recruitment surveys and analytics
  12. Support other People Operations activities as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education from a recognized institution
  • 1 – 2 years’ post-NYSC experience, previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is an added advantage.
  • Training and/certification in human resource management is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good research and analytical skill
  • Data Analytics skills
