Job Summary

  • The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining talented employees.
  • The job holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning, to ensure the organization has a strong pipeline of talent to support its growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  3. Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and extending job offers.
  4. Develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a pipeline of talent.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
  7. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and provides a positive candidate experience.
  8. Monitor and report on employee engagement and retention rates.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management.
  10. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
  11. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
