Job Position: Experienced Remote Social Media Manager

Job Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

  1. The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy, in order to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement.
  2. They will create and publish content, engage with followers, and monitor and analyze social media metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the company’s social media presence.
  3. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
  4. Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (e.g. IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  5. Create and post engaging and relevant content across all social media channels.
  6. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management preferably in the beauty industry, with a track record of driving engagement and increasing brand awareness
  • Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, and writing)
  • An enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward content creation and social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Later and Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and can deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
