Job Position: Sale Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to evaluate the team’s progress and provide constructive feedback.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesperson ineither LG, Thermocool, Hisense, and Panasonic industries.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  6. In-depth knowledge of LG, Thermocool, Hisense, and Panasonicproduct lines.
  7. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.
