Job Description

  • Leadway Assurance company focuses on young and dynamic individual who can interpret the company’s products and services to potential customers nationwide,
  • The company have a vacant five seats of Unit Managers in addition and the qualifying candidate must have worked with any insurance company in Nigeria for minimum of 4years and must understand the managerial skills to build and manage a team in the industry

Job Responsibilities

  • He/She must build a good working relationship and also understand the needs of the customers and been able to interpret the services well
  • He / She must be willing to meet customers on the go and satisfying the needs of customers on the products and services
  • A week training would be conducted for better skill acquisition

Job Qualification and Requirements

  • Applicants should have a B.Sc / HND qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years and must understand the managerial skills to build and manage a team in the industry
  • Two or Three years working Experience in the financial institutions is also an advantage
  • He / She must have a good communication skill and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Remuneration

  • A minimum monthly income between N100,000 – N200,000 shall be paid including extra 30,000 allowance;
  • A gratuity plan is among the benefits that any hard working and productive candidate would enjoy
