Job Position: Sales Agency Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
  2. Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  3. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  4. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
  5. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  6. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  7. Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
  8. Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  9. Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
  10. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.

Job Requirements

  1. HND or B.Sc in related field.
  2. Must have 3 – 5 years sales and managerial experience
  3. Experience in real estate or insurance sales gives you an edge.
  4. Location – Lagos (Mainland).

N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
