Job Description

  • Experienced Sales and Marketing Executive (Female) with great expertise in sales and business development, in Kano State is being sought by our client, a young vibrant logistics, procurement, purchasing, supply chain/distribution organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, generate, and retain new business prospects and engage them in the company’s products and services.
  2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  3. Advise Management on services & products based on client needs.
  4. Ensure adequate communication with clients regarding their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed.
  5. Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
  6. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  7. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  8. Assemble and manage a team of freelance salespeople, where required.
  9. Manage the marketing department, including but not limited to brand content, social media and campaign strategies, physical and digital marketing, and advertisement.
  10. Design and propose team members KPIs in line with the organizational objectives.
  11. Identify market trends and insights from end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and use the information to drive and optimize marketing.
  12. Work with Management and team to brainstorm exceptional and innovative growth strategies
  13. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess a good First Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and proven marketing, sales, and business development skills.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hausa languages is compulsory.
  3. Great understanding of market segmentation
  4. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  6. Our ideal skills, which must not be more than 35 years old, must be computer literate, dynamic, and result oriented. Must be a team player, a goal getter.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative, intuitive, alert, optimistic and hands-on
  • Great convincing and negotiation skills
  • Flexible mindset in market psychology and analysis
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage self and others

Technical Skills:

  • Candidates should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Salary

  • N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
  • Attractive + Commission.
