Job Position: Sales Development Representative (Education)
Job Location: Remote
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation in an assigned vertical, territory or partner.
- Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns
- Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics
- Uncover a prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-level conversations with the various personas at targeted accounts
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to close sales more effectively and ensure customer loyalty
- Handling demo or discovery calls with clients
- At least 2 years of relevant prospecting and B2B selling experience is required making high-volume cold-calling experience preferred
- Experienced in inside sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Related marketing/sales course certifications and/or training are a plus.
- Experience with email campaigns and Hubspot
- Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships
- Hubspot, Zoho, Freshsales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Gmail and Slack experience preferred
