Job Position: Sales Executive – 15 Openings

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold-calling, prospecting, referrals and networking.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as other stakeholders.
  4. Implement new marketing initiatives.
  5. Meet monthly Sales targets.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and identify improvements in line with the market.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 – 3 years in the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal)skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
