Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lekki 1, Lagos

Job Description

  1. As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the manager to develop and increase sales of properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
  2. You will be required to follow up on portfolio/leads of new clients too;

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients Prospect
  2. Follow up on new clients to increase the company’s client database.
  3. Develop and increases sales by following up on potential clients through inspections.
  4. Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
  5. Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document schedule
  6. To visit and show the company’s estates to prospective clients
  7. Responsible to build and maintain an excellent relationships with clients on an ongoing basis
  8. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  9. To understand the products, and to communicate them effectively
  10. Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  11. List details of land for sale
  12. Prepare and send weekly report to immediate supervisor
  13. Perform other functions that may be assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of B.Sc / HND in any Social Science Subject.
  2. Experienced in sales of Real Estate is compulsory.
  3. Experience: At least 2 years’ post NYSC experience in sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate firm.

  1. Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
  2. Commission on sales deal
  3. Other non-monetary benefits.
