Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja

Job Description

  1. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our team.
  2. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up and closing sales, developing strategies to grow the business, providing advisory services to prospects/clients on what properties to purchase and investment opportunities, managing prospect/client portfolio, and generating revenue for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate sales opportunities and close deals
  2. Develop strategies to grow the business and bring up new ideas to increase sales.
  3. Provide advice to clients on properties and investment opportunities, answer inquiries, and handle objections to persuade clients to buy
  4. Manage prospect/client portfolio and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report progress regularly to management.
  6. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase company services and build a network of contacts.
  7. Keep up to date with trends in the real estate industry, including market conditions and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  2. Proven working experience as a real estate salesperson with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
