Job Position: Sales / Relationship Executive

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo (On-site)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develops new business prospects through cold calls.
  2. Identify and understand the need of customers.
  3. Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the company products and services.
  4. Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
  5. Obtain and maintain all relevant documentation from customers.
  6. Customer relationship management.
  7. Market surveys and segmentation.
  8. Upselling and cross selling of companys products and services.
  9. Ensure timely submission of weekly activity reports and call memos to management.
  10. Ensure assigned targets and budgets are met.
  11. Participate in tactical sales / marketing activities.
  12. Participated in weekly / monthly sales performance review meetings.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc, BA or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics or any other Social Sciences course.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales agent in finance – related industry.
  3. Good negotiation skills.
  4. Good communication skills {both oral & written}.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Must be a person of integrity.
  7. Strong attention to details.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills
  9. Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.
