Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Sell existing products to new customers
- Push/upsell new products to existing customers
- Manage existing relationships and ensure business continuity
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, develop sales strategies and tactics necessary to competitively succeed in the marketplace
- Follow through on the implementation of business strategy
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Maintaining accurate sales activities and providing reports as requested by Sales Manager
- Negotiating contracts
- Actively preparing for monthly sales performance review exercise
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
Job Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Microsoft Suite of Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
- IT Presales and Sales process
Proven skill in:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- IT skills
- Numerical skills.
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
