Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and prioritise suitable corporate clients for business partnership
  2. Own our corporate sign-up processes for clients
  3. Strengthen relationships with existing clients, monitor their business needs and challenges with a view to improve our performance and service delivery
  4. Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to management for necessary action.
  5. Ensure a robust coordination of the logistic and delivery team to ensure efficiency.
  6. Ensure strict food safety standards are maintained in the handling of products until delivery.
  7. Develop, recommend and implement improvement strategies and processes to increase revenue of the business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related courses.
  • Prior experience in the broiler/frozen food sector (added advantage).

Other Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4 years experience in the Cold Food Chain Industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Excellent knowledge of Lagos Food business terrain.
  4. A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  6. Strong knowledge of the frozen chicken industry
  7. Strategic planning and organizational skills.
  8. Customer profiling and complex solutions selling skills.
  9. Exhibit the ability to self-motivate
  10. Must have hight level of INTEGRITY, SMART and HARDWORKING
  11. Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
  12. Excellent team spirit and collaborative effort.
  13. Extremely competitive and relentless; a love for winning
  14. Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
  15. Commitment to process improvement.
