Macelleria, a Poultry based Value Chain company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Launch the brand of frozen food in a designated market
  2. Hands-on experience in gaining entry into the frozen foods industry
  3. Good understanding of the frozen food business
  4. Key account management in designated market space
  5. Manage customers through the deployment of Customer Relationship Management skills
  6. Finalize contracts with customers
  7. Identify new markets in designated areas
  8. Strategize go-to-market strategy
  9. Identify any holes or long positions in the sales plan and aggressively pushes to fill those voids with preferred products
  10. Understand customer’s pain points and aim at reducing them
  11. Ensure timely payments
  12. Build team and brand equity in market space.

Job Requirements

  1. A First Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Social Science field
  2. Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position
  3. Certified Sales Development Representative (CSDR) and Certified Insider Sales Professional (CISP) will be of added advantage
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate skill in database management and record keeping
  6. Organized and efficient in daily task
  7. Must be very versatile in all key account management processes
