Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead sales initiatives, harness digital marketing prowess to maximize online visibility and engage in strategic field marketing activities. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Associate and closely collaborate with the Chief of Staff. As the Sales Executive, your core responsibility will be to identify sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
- Collaborate with top management to devise comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify prime target markets and customer segments, particularly for international expansion.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Leverage digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to amplify brand visibility and generate leads.
- Optimize the company’s digital platforms and website to attract and retain a substantial customer base.
- Analyze online data, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance online presence and conversion rates.
- Devise and implement social media strategies for effective storytelling.
- Monitor social media trends and track competitors’ activities for continuous enhancement.
Field Marketing & Relationship Building:
- Strategize and execute field marketing initiatives, encompassing events, trade shows, and conferences, to establish brand recognition and drive lead generation.
- Foster robust relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to foster business expansion.
- Engage in proactive sales activities, including lead generation and prospecting.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Set clear sales targets, meticulously monitor performance against objectives and present regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify growth prospects and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, delivering concise reports to management.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging trends and analyze competitors’ strategies.
- Translate market insights into compelling sales pitches, ensuring a competitive edge.
Customer Support and After-Sales Service:
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support.
- Respond to comments and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable track record of success in Sales, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- Profound comprehension of digital marketing channels, analytics, and online lead generation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and partners.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
