Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Business Objective

  • Overseeing daily operations in the sales aspect of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Mentor, manage and motivate field engineers/subordinates.
  2. In depth understanding of AC and DC power systems (Rectifiers, Inverters, UPS, AVR, ATS, panels, Diesel Generators, Transformers).
  3. Collaborate with business development department to generate new leads and increase portfolio size.
  4. Evaluate and provide analysis to management for new products and market opportunities.
  5. Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve technical service to clients.
  6. Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirement more efficiently.
  7. Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies and plans.
  8. Manage new business development sales process from proposal to close.
  9. Plan and implement company’s sales programs.
  10. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  11. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  12. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back-up as required.
  13. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
  14. Identify and understand future business needs, prepare, and implement sales strategies
  15. Analyze technology needs, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  16. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on projects.
  17. Stay abreast with the latest technologies and recommend solutions to novel customer requests in the interest of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • Previous/current supervisory/managerial role recommended
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Power and data industry
  • In depth understanding of AC and DC power systems (Rectifiers, Inverters, UPS, AVR, ATS, panels, Diesel Generators, Transformers).
  • Experience in marketing and selling of Solar, Wind, Hydro, Geothermal).
  • Expertise with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

N350,000 monthly.
