Job Position: Sales Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinate the process of ordering and re-orders level in order to avoid stock out
- Handle queries or complaints from customers in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the supply chain of stocks and ensure all logistics problems are sorted.
- Carry out store visit when required so as to ensure standard and modern trend in retail is maintained.
- Participate in on the job training of the staff especially in the area of product knowledge and customer service.
- Participate in the Recruitment process of sales staff.
- Allocate areas to sales representatives in order to promote sales.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Analysing and managing sales figures.
- Collecting market research and customer feedback an identifying problems/patterns.
- Reporting back to senior managers.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Marketing of the unit (Fashion) both online and physical so as to generate new leads.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3 – 9 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
