Ayoola Foods is an FMCG Production Company. We are into production of Poundo Yam, Plantain Flour and some other Flour Products.

Job Position: Area Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for coordination of all sales activities and achievement of sales growth in all sales territory
  2. Oversee the activities, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  3. Achieve sales targets and give feedback on sales trends by conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends
  4. Devise and present ideas and strategies to promote sales of the company’s products
  5. Promotional activities through trade shows, event marketing, and activation
  6. Prepare route plan and ensure marketing team adheres to it strictly
  7. Coordinating sales team to generate leads
  8. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
  10. Present sales, revenue, and expense report and realistic forecasts to the management team
  11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years work experience.
  2. The preferred candidate should have had a similar experience in a food or beverage industry with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  3. He/She must be familiar with the business trends in the Region.
  4. The ability to drive with a Valid Driver’s License is compulsory.

Remuneration
