Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  1. They will be responsible for day to day deal origination and client engagement. This individual will be working closely with Product, Customer Success, Credit and Operations teams in order to deliver a scalable, best-in-class, integrated customer experience. The sales managers (SM) will be based in Rivers state, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
  2. The SM is responsible for improving the market share of the business by driving sales through sales agents/ direct sales in various market segments, growing sales, up-selling, cross-selling, and developing sales strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  3. Candidates must have entrepreneurship spirit, Must look forward to unlimited income opportunity and possess ability to recruit independent sales agents.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation.
  2. Development of the ideal customer profile/ independent agents and proper management of the CRM with customer profiles adequately segmented in the CRM.
  3. Growing independent sales force.
  4. Scheduling and holding weekly meetings with independent sales agents.
  5. Research, build, and systematically manage Prospect lists for easy tracking and follow-through, leveraging available leads sources such as Yellow Pages, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google search engine, association member database, company website, etc.
  6. Identification and documentation of the needs/requests/comments of prospects and sales agents.
  7. Study of email campaign statistics and establishment of sales potentials leveraging the A/B Testing process.
  8. Regular monitoring of customers’ and sales agents preferences and identifying opportunities for the business
  9. Promotion of products and services and use of the telephone to contact clients who responded or clicked on an email more than once.
  10. Execution of email campaigns to generate leads and identification of target audiences’ pain points.
  11. Log and report inquiries by prospects and sales agents investigate the issue and provide the necessary feedback
  12. Lead qualification according to agreed client profiles and criteria.
  13. Schedule appointments and meetings with clients /sales agents and smoothly pass on qualified leads to senior sales consultants.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sales / real estate/ financial services sales /Agro-Tech.
