Job Description

  1. As a Sales Manager at Scientific Equipment Source Inc., you will lead our dynamic sales team in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
  2. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the scientific equipment industry, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong market position and sustainable revenue growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain key client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to create accurate sales forecasts, facilitating effective resource allocation and business planning.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Performance Analysis: Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

N400,000 – N800,000 Monthly.
