Job Position: Western Region Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  2. Ensuring deduction schedules are submitted as at when due
  3. Ensuring monthly remittance
  4. Planned sales monthly meeting and annual target
  5. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  6. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  7. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  8. Training of your sales team.
  9. Promoting the organization and products.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  2. Must have experience in a microfinance bank
  3. Experience in the Public Sector Salary Loan Space
  4. Strong Relationship with IPPIS office.
