Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new customers for our B2B SaaS accounting software.
  2. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets potential customers and drives revenue growth.
  3. This is a key leadership role that offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers for our B2B SaaS accounting software.
  2. Development of product-specific GTM strategies, forecasting, targets and pipeline management
  3. Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  5. Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  6. Close sales deals and negotiate contracts.
  7. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of successfully selling B2B SaaS products, preferably in the accounting, HR, or finance software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer feedback.
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
