We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling our beauty products. As a Sales Representative for our beauty brand, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, social media savvy and a proven track record in sales.
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our beauty products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Agile enough to move around to create awareness and sell products to major supermarkets, marts etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of our beauty brand and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ products to effectively position our brand in the market.
- Create a social media presence on all our pages, create content to engage the public.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
- Manage all social media platforms for the brand, text messages, emails, etc.
- Create content for each platform, twitter, TikTok, website (all up to date)
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the beauty industry.
- Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stock taking, keeping, and reporting to the management.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful promotional activities.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong social media presence
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or cosmetics sector, is highly advantageous.
- This position requires you to move around to meet clients, attend events, and represent the brand.
