Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  • In this position, you will work with the Sales team to achieve company-set targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
  2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  3. Supply line manager reports on customer needs, challenges on the field, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  4. Reach out to prospective and existing customers through cold calls.
  5. Present, promote, and sell services of HealthConnect 24×7.
  6. Present, Promote, and sell services of HealthConnect 24×7.
  7. Find new sales leads/follow up on sales leads from members of staff, call center, etc.
  8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  9. Report weekly sales activities/leads to the Head of the department.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential customer and new markets and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  3. Clearly communicate the value proposition and unique selling points
  4. Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  5. Stay informed about the features, benefits, and applications of the products or services being offered, and continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures related to sales activities

Job Requirements

  1. Education: HND / B.Sc. qualification.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience preferably in the Healthcare industry
  3. Good knowledge of HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools is highly required
