Job Description

  1. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new businesses within the direct market. You will establish a significant client base for the company, developing and maintaining a portfolio of leads by generating new businesses as well as exploiting existing opportunities.
  2. Speak with customers in the showroom- upsell, cross-sell and maintain positive customer relationship

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage sales activities in the showroom, assist in coordinating delivery of furniture and ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Listen to customers’ requirements, speak with customers and make sales
  3. Follow up with customers for reorder, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
  4. Reach out to prospective customers, explain the products and convert to sales
  5. Carry out timely reports to the Sales Manager on the overall activities
  6. Follow up with customers on payments and ensure payments are made promptly

Job Requirements

  1. Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in the use of Personal Computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential for this position.
