Job Description

  1. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Versatile Medical Sales Representative to join our client’s team.
  2. The job holder will play a crucial role in driving growth, exploring new business opportunities, and expanding their market presence.
  3. Your versatile skill set and expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve our client’s business objectives.
  4. The ideal candidate should have 1 – 3years of relevant experience and hold a B.Sc / HND Degree.

Job Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential target markets.
  2. Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to develop strategies for business growth.
  3. Identify key industry players, partnerships, and potential clients to expand our network and customer base.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  3. Generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business pitches to clients and stakeholders.

Sales and Negotiation:

  1. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, effectively managing the sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models.
  3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to meet client requirements.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans and initiatives.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
  3. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies as necessary.

Social Media Brand Management:

  • The job holder will be tasked to admister strategic online positioning of the company on relevant Social Media Channels like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to drive client prospecting and conversion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills..
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
