Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
  4. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  6. Familiarity with Laser cutting products is a plus.
