Job Description

  • You are a Field Sales Specialist with the ability to persuade prospective individuals/businesses to become agents who would sell our services. You are a conversationalist.
  • A strategic mind and researcher with great work ethics. You possess in-depth knowledge about sales, emotional intelligence, and customer experience.
  • A fast learner that is knowledgeable about the company’s products. You have the capability to work under pressure, being resolute and self-motivated. You must be tech-savvy and feel comfortable using technology on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruiting 10 prospective fixed agents weekly with existing shops
  • Recruiting 5 prospective freelance agents weekly
  • Finding suitable locations for fixed agent setup
  • Monitoring and documenting the condition of company assets given to agents
  • Supervising fixed agents within your state
  • Weekly report to Project manager
  • Daily brief meeting with the PM on planned activities for the day

Job Requirements

  • BA / BSc degree or relevant practical experience
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Research skills
  • Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms.
  • Fluency in local languages
