Job Position: Sales Support Representative

Job Description

  1. We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and work in partner retail stores.
  2. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling device financing solutions to customers within the retail environment.
  3. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, educate them about the benefits of device financing, and facilitate the application process.
  4. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with retail store staff to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proactively approach customers in partner retail stores and initiate conversations to understand their device financing needs.
  2. Educate customers about the benefits and features of device financing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  4. Effectively communicate the terms, conditions, and device financing requirements to customers.
  5. Collaborate with retail store staff to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities. Relationship Building:
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of the partner retail store’s products, services, and customer base to align device financing solutions accordingly.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and maintaining a professional image at all times. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

  1. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
  2. Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales and revenue generation within the partner retail store.
  3. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to influence customer decision-making and drive sales growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide feedback and insights to improve sales effectiveness. Reporting and Documentation:
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and application status in the CRM system.
  6. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management review. Requirements:
  7. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer finance environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating effectively with retail store staff.
  6. Basic knowledge of devices, technology, and financing concepts.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
