Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Engage with prospective and existing customers to improve sales conversion
  2. Cross-sell and up-sell company products to customers
  3. Inform and educate customers on company’s products and services
  4. Follow up with customers for feedback, resolution of issues and any other matters
  5. Display and merchandise the company’s products in a way that will enhance the shopping experience
  6. Keep up with industry trends and events to improve sales experience
  7. Generate invoices, quotations and other documents required for a sale
  8. Respond to all sales inquiries via phone calls, and direct messages
  9. Package and arrange delivery of orders in-store and out of store
  10. Update all customer data including emails, phone no’s, address and other details
  11. Keep track of all engagements with customers to ensure proper follow-up and contact
  12. Prospect for new customers using the Company’s agreed strategy
  13. Follow up with customers to get feedback on products purchased and resolve any issues

Job Requiremnts

  1. Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience and success as in a Sales or Customer Service role.
  2. Applicants must be able to cross-sell and up-sell to customers.
  3. Ideal candidates must live close to the designated location.
