Job Responsibilities
- Oversee general running of the business.
- Ensure salon policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Keep records of income and expenses and produce weekly reports.
- Carry out inventory monthly.
- Manage client expectations and any complaints.
- Respond and follow up with email messages.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings
- Galvanize the salon team.
- Have effective leadership skills.
Requirements / Compulsory Skills
- Know how to use excel.
- Social media savvy.
- Conflict resolution.
- Well written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification
- 2 years Experience.
Other Requirements:
- Should have easy access to Ikoyi
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Sundays a month.
Remuneration
N75,000 – N95,000 / month.
