Our team of highly talented hairdressers, natural hair looks, beauty therapists and nail technicians have a wealth of experience – whether you want a hair colour service, a blow-dry, kids hair, men’s grooming or you’re looking to book for a makeup session or henna section, We at Veeda beauty lounge in Anthony Village will bring out the best version of yourself.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Process transactions (cash and POS) and issue receipts
- Offer beverages, welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Inform clients about new services and discounts
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Manage our call centre
- Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree / HND / OND / SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experiences with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
- Solid organization and record-keeping skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
Salary
- N20,000 – N30,000 monthly.
