Job Position: Senior Recruitment Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to analyze staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants, both in-person and remotely, to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including effective communication and timely feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the organization’s hiring processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience as a Recruiter
- Proven track record closing recruitment processes
- Ability to successfully close out on 8 roles monthly
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed selection decisions.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring.
