Job Position: Senior Sales Manager
Job Location: Abuja
The client is a company focused on building charging infrastructure, raising awareness about electric vehicles, delivering immersive experiences, and engaging in manufacturing, with the aim of creating a sustainable future for Nigeria. The preferred candidate duties and responsibilities will include:
- Participate in different events and associations to increase company awareness and enrich the prospect pipeline
- Establish solid relationships with prospects and understand their needs and objectives in order to offer tailored solutions
- Build and negotiate convincing commercial offers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure regular follow-up with qualified prospects throughout the sales process and support them until contracts are signed
- Ensure a smooth transition of converted prospects to the appropriate teams and guarantee a consistent and quality customer experience
- Maintain close relationships with customers, ensure their long-term satisfaction, and identify additional development opportunities.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Successful experience in Sales and B2B business development (preferably in transportation, logistics or manufacturing).
- Very good interpersonal skills and good level of written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to organize effectively and independently.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
