Job Position: Senior Sales Officer
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
- Responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently by Identifying areas for Improvement, developing solutions, and Implementing changes.
- Responsible for working with all department to Identify opportunities for Improvement, Implement process changes, and track and report on results.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration among the sales team members.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require cybersecurity solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.
- Conduct client needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Possess a deep understanding of the company’s cybersecurity products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and sales funnel to prioritize prospects and maximize conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor the cybersecurity market, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Generate regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies based on sales data.
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 9 – 10 years relevant work experience.
