Job Position: Senior Sales Officer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  2. Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  3. Responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently by Identifying areas for Improvement, developing solutions, and Implementing changes.
  4. Responsible for working with all department to Identify opportunities for Improvement, Implement process changes, and track and report on results.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration among the sales team members.
  4. Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require cybersecurity solutions.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.
  6. Conduct client needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  8. Possess a deep understanding of the company’s cybersecurity products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  9. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
  10. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  12. Manage the sales pipeline and sales funnel to prioritize prospects and maximize conversion rates.
  13. Continuously monitor the cybersecurity market, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  14. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
  15. Generate regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  16. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies based on sales data.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 9 – 10 years relevant work experience.
